Initial Engagement
Once we've brought the objectives into focus, we'll put on our nerd spectacles for a closer look. This step is customized to you; it could be a surface-level review of your present circumstances or a deep-dive into your teams, processes, code, deployments, etc - whatever you feel is needed.
Step 3.
Proposals
We'll bring a roadmap, actually multiple roadmaps, to the table. They'll be strategies to get you from where you are today to where you want to be.
